Esca Bimbadgen overlooks the stunning vineyards of the award winning Bimbadgen Estate Winery and out over the Greg Norman designed The Vintage Golf Course.

Executive Chef Bradley Teal has a talent for matching unique flavours together in a way that still lets you enjoy the individual flavour of each one. The open working winery greets you as you enter Bimbadgen Estate and as you walk overhead into the restaurant, you are greeted by the grandeur of the dining experience you are about to have. Floor to ceiling glass panels overlook the vineyard and provide the perfect space for you to gaze at as you are treated to a refreshing lunch. The menu is reflective of the atmosphere and style of the restaurant as top quality, clean and interesting presentation, without being pretentious, is how you could describe your entire experience in Esca.

The restaurant is also playing a part in Bimbadgen Estate becoming known for being the best music location in the Hunter Valley. At the many ‘Day on the Green’ and Bimbadgen Blues concerts held throughout each year, visitors are indulging themselves and taking on the extra food and music activities held in the restaurant after the concerts. These concerts are growing each year as those who started coming in the beginning continue to come and bring with them friends and family.
